By accessing and using NivanFX, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using this websites particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.
Enforcement & Account Termination Policy
NivanFX reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate any user account if a violation of platform rules or confidentiality obligations is detected.
Violations include, but are not limited to:
- Unauthorized sharing, redistribution, or resale of trading signals
- Granting access to non-subscribers or third parties
- Public or private publication of signals or platform content
- Use of signals for commercial, educational, or promotional purposes without written permission
- Suspicious activity suggesting account abuse or misuse
In such cases:
- User access to the dashboard and Telegram channels may be immediately revoked
- Active subscriptions may be terminated without refund
- Previously granted access may be permanently disabled
NivanFX is under no obligation to provide continued service or compensation. Repeated or severe violations may result in a permanent ban from the platform.
